SERVICES
The Pro-Claim Plus website provides a set of services for the Employer. Employee and Provider Communities. The services are tailored to fit an organization’s web portal strategy. The focus of the Website Services is to improve the Employer’s Human Resource functionality, increase staff efficiency, and allow Pro-Claim to provide a better service to the Employer, Employees and their families.

The web-based services include:
¨ Announcements - Important information and instructions can be posted in these areas for employee review.
¨ Claims - Information is located under the “My Benefits” program. This service allows employees to review all EOB activity for themselves and their covered dependents for both claim status and paid claims. Employees will receive an email notification of all new claim activities. No more waiting on the mail to determine payment of a claim.
¨ Eligibility - Information is also listed under the “My Benefits” program. The eligibility service displays coverage information, as well as effective and termination dates for employees and their covered dependents.
¨ Quick Question - Click on “Online Customer Service” to choose from an array benefits related questions. Each question is assigned a tracking number and is date stamped. Employees will receive electronic notifications as the requests are processed. Just think of it as another customer service online.
Benefit Information: Online access for the member to view the plan document and link to the appropriate PPO network website

My Claims: online claim view of the member’s paid and processed claims with email notification whenever a new claim is uploaded to the website

My Eligibility Status: online lookup of the member’s current eligibility status

Online Customer Service: online preformatted questions concerning a member’s eligibility and claims
